  • Dr. Inez Olive, Ed.D., is an accomplished professional with a Doctorate in Educational Organizational Learning and Leadership. She has been a catalyst for positive change, promoting inclusivity in the community and technical college system, with a focus on marginalized communities. In addition to her leadership in crafting inclusive outreach strategies and addressing systemic barriers for Hispanic students in STEM pathways, Dr. Olive has successfully managed state and federal grants. Her expertise extends to procuring private grants and overseeing multi-million grant projects and regional initiatives. Beyond her career, she actively advocates for Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities and serves on the Board of Directors for Project Mentoring Girl Project, supporting the advancement of young women of color.


  • James brings over 15 years of project management experience in the public sector to his role. Proficient in external communications, he effectively addresses service requests and devises strategies to aid community members. Committed to community service, James volunteers with senior citizens in Everett and mentors Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander youth. His active engagement underscores his dedication to fostering positive change in the community.
